We are looking for a reliable, multi-skilled Laborer to join our facilities team within a healthcare environment. This isn't your typical "shoveling dirt" labouring job; it's a dynamic role that sits right between site laboring and property maintenance.
You'll be the "right-hand person" to our maintenance team, ensuring the hospital/clinic remains safe, functional, and tidy for patients and staff.
The Day-to-Day
General Laboring: Moving materials, clearing site debris, and ensuring work areas are kept spotless (vital in a clinical setting).
Handyman Support: Assisting tradespeople with basic repairs, such as fixing door furniture, basic painting touch-ups, and hanging signage.
Manual Handling: Safely transporting equipment and furniture across the facility.
Compliance: Following strict health and safety protocols to ensure a sterile and safe environment.
What You Need to Bring
To be considered for this role, you must hold the following:
CSCS Card (Valid and in-date).
Manual Handling Training certificate.
Asbestos Awareness (UKATA or equivalent).
Professionalism: You'll be working in a live healthcare environment, so a polite manner and clean appearance are essential.
