- FMCG background is desirable

- Proven team leadership experience is essential.

- Expert in HubSpot CRM and possess strong numerical skills
- Entrepreneurial with a 'business owner' mindset
- Coach, train, support and develop a high performing 360 sales team
- Proactively engage with potential clients through outbound calls and visits.
- Track key performance indicators, mentor your team, and develop accurate forecasts.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activities
- Build and maintain client confidence
