Are you an experienced primary Headteacher seeking a focused, short-term leadership opportunity?
Randstad Education is partnering with a well-regarded primary school in Cambridgeshire. We are seeking an exceptional temporary Headteacher to lead their dedicated team for the Autumn Term (September - December 2025).
This role offers a significant opportunity to provide stable leadership, uphold the school's positive learning environment, and ensure a strong start to the academic year. You will be instrumental in guiding the school through a transitional period, building on established strengths, and providing clear strategic direction.
We are seeking a candidate who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and NPQH (or equivalent).
- Has proven experience in primary school leadership at Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher level.
- Possesses excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Demonstrates a clear vision for educational excellence and pupil well-being.
- Is adaptable, resilient, and able to hit the ground running.
- Has a strong understanding of current primary curriculum and safeguarding regulations.
