Our global manufacturing client is looking for a Health and Safety Manager to join their growing team based in Limerick
Responsibilities
- Drive site-wide health and safety engagement and foster a proactive safety culture.
- Monitor compliance through regular audits, hazard inspections, and legislative updates.
- Advise leadership on risk reduction while developing data-driven prevention programmes.
- Manage safety KPIs, investigate incidents, and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Coordinate all safety training, site inductions, and statutory record maintenance.
- Review safety statements and act as the primary liaison for external regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety or related.
- At least 4+ years experience in a similar position.
