Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain standards and ensure compliance to the QSE Management System in Equipment Services for both site and field.
- Facilitate legal compliance to statutory and mandatory inspections.
- Ensure that Field Permits to work are up to date and correct to allow Engineers to get onto Customer sites easily.
- Undertake and facilitate safety and environment monitoring as defined in SMP and EMP.
- Undertake internal audits to verify that working practices are safe, maintain quality, minimize environmental impact, and meet CCEP Standards.
- Support external auditors with their audit process.
- Support Safety and Environmental initiatives to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
- Formally train others in relevant Safety and Environmental subjects, including CoSHH, Planned EOSH Inspections, Hazard awareness, and management of wastes.
- Promote and coach QSE behaviors by example and support site teams in pursuit of QSE excellence.
Requirements:
- Practical experience of workplace safety auditing or product and environment testing.
- Practical experience of undertaking risk assessments for safety or the environment.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 14001 & 40001, with internal auditor experience considered advantageous.
- IOSH Managing Safety or NEBOSH General Certification in OHS is desirable.
- A NEBOSH Environment qualification is desirable.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong team player.
- Ability to problem solve.
