Requirements:
- Level 4 qualification as a Teaching Assistant.
- Experience working in a primary school setting.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to adapt to different year groups and teaching styles.
- Eligibility to work in UK
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for a new one through Randstad Education)
- 2 recent professional references
Responsibilities:
- Provide PPA cover across various year groups.
- Support teachers in delivering high-quality education.
- Assist with classroom management and lesson preparation.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
