Roles & Responsibilities
Maintaining a positive and productive learning environment while leading classes.
Delivering pre-planned lessons with enthusiasm and clarity.
Providing bespoke assistance to students with SEN or EAL requirements.
Creating engaging teaching materials to enhance the curriculum.
Upholding the highest standards of child protection and school policy at all times.
Top Requirements
Level 4 HLTA status or significant experience in a similar senior support role.
Strong proficiency in English and Maths (GCSE Grade C/4 or above).
The ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced primary or secondary setting.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
