Key Responsibilities:
Delivering planned lessons and supporting groups or whole classes as needed.
Assisting with behaviour management and fostering a positive learning environment.
Liaising closely with teachers and senior staff to support pupil progress.
Taking responsibility for classroom organisation and resources.
What You'll Need:
HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
Experience in a primary school setting.
Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
