We are seeking an experienced Human Resources to join a prestigious Tier One Main Contractor working on major infrastructure projects at Heathrow Airport. This is an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic and fast-paced site team during a critical phase of construction delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
As the HR Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for all HR-related matters on site.
Your duties will include:
Providing generalist HR support to site and project teams
Advising on employment law, policies, and procedures
Managing recruitment and onboarding processes for site-based roles
Supporting managers with employee relations issues, including disciplinaries and grievances
Monitoring and reporting on attendance, absence, and workforce metrics
Ensuring compliance with HR policies and airport-specific protocols
Liaising with the central HR team and ensuring alignment with corporate HR strategy
Supporting workforce planning and mobilisation
Coordinating training and development initiatives
Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar HR role, ideally within construction or infrastructure
Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) desirable
