Are you a dynamic and driven HR professional looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced and exciting environment? A Contractor is looking for a Human Resources Advisor to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive and collaborative HR function within a growing organisation that values your expertise, encourages development, and offers a flexible working model.
Onboarding & Recruitment:
Coordinate and manage the full onboarding process for new starters, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
Support hiring managers with the end-to-end recruitment process including drafting job descriptions, advertising, shortlisting, and interviewing.
Liaise with external recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure recruitment timelines are met.
General HR Duties:
Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to line managers and employees in line with company policies and employment law.
Manage employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and performance issues.
Maintain and update HR systems and records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
Learning & Development:
Identify training needs and assist in developing and implementing training programmes.
Coordinate and track employee development plans and mandatory training requirements.
Support performance reviews and succession planning processes.
Ad Hoc HR Projects:
Assist with the development and implementation of HR initiatives and improvements.
Support HR compliance with policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
Provide reports and insights to the HR Manager and leadership as required.
Experience in a similar HR generalist role, ideally within construction.
Confident communicator with strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
Able to manage competing priorities and work independently within a hybrid setup.
Proficient in MS Office system.
Competitive salary between ÂŁ43,000 - ÂŁ53,000 (depending on experience)
Hybrid working - 3 days on-site at Heathrow, 2 days from home
