Hygiene Coordinator - Royal Lemkes
The Opportunity
Royal Lemkes is Europe's leading plant supplier, fueling the growth of major retailers, including a new partner, B&Q. We need a proactive Hygiene Coordinator to drive cleanliness, safety, and compliance across our critical horticultural operation.
Your Impact
You will be responsible for maintaining our high standards:
- Manage hygiene schedules and oversee cleaning standards.
- Support audits and ensure adherence to strict safety and compliance protocols.
- Train staff and manage the safe handling of cleaning chemicals (COSHH).
Essential Experience : (preferably candidate from food-based industry)
- Hygiene Management: Proven experience in a hygiene leadership/coordination role.
- Critical Environment Focus: Experience in food-based, pharmaceutical, or horticulture/perishables production is highly preferred.
- Experience with audit support and meticulous record-keeping.

- Pay: £14.50 per hour
- Role: Hygiene Coordinator
- Shift: Monday - Friday, 06:00 am until finish
