The Role:As a key member of our finishing team, you'll be responsible for crucial internal joinery tasks that ensure the high-quality completion of our commercial development. Your precision and efficiency will be vital. Your responsibilities will include:
- Boxing-in: Precisely constructing and installing timber boxing to conceal pipework, cables, and other services.
- Door Adjustments: Expertly adjusting and re-hanging internal doors to ensure perfect fit and smooth operation.
- Door Fixtures: Changing and fitting new door furniture, ironmongery, and access control components.
- Minor Repairs: Carrying out other minor joinery repairs and snagging as required to achieve a flawless finish.
- Working efficiently and cleanly within a busy commercial environment.
- Strictly adhering to all site health and safety regulations and quality standards.
We need a candidate who is:
- Experienced: Proven experience as a Joiner, with a strong background in internal finishing works on commercial or large-scale projects.
- Certified: Must hold a valid CSCS card.
- Detail-Oriented: Possesses an exceptional eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
- Proficient: Highly skilled in joinery tasks, particularly boxing-in, door adjustments, and fixture changes.
- Reliable & Proactive: Punctual, highly motivated, and capable of working efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
