We are looking for skilled and reliable Joiners for a large-scale new build school project. If you take pride in a clean finish and have extensive experience in high-volume 2nd fix installations, we want to hear from you.
The Role
Focusing on high-quality internal finishing, your daily tasks will include:
Doors & Ironmongery: Hanging internal doors and fitting hardware.
Mouldings: Precision fitting of skirtings and architraves.
General 2nd Fix: Ensuring all timber finishes meet project specifications and safety standards.
Schedule & Pay
Hours: 39 hours per week.
Days: Monday to Friday.
Duration: Ongoing contract for the duration of the build phase.
Rate: [Insert Rate, e.g., £Competitive / Negotiable based on experience].
Requirements
CSCS Card: Blue (Skilled) or Gold (Advanced) preferred.
Experience: Proven track record in commercial 2nd fix work (specifically schools or public buildings).
Tools: Full set of 110v or cordless 2nd fix tools.
Reliability: Strong work ethic and commitment to the Monday-Friday schedule.
