Randstad Education is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Key Stage 2 (KS2) Teacher to join our team of dedicated educators in a thriving primary school in Colchester. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver dynamic, inclusive lessons that align with the Key Stage 2 (KS2) National Curriculum.
- Inspire pupils through creative teaching methods and engaging content.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adapting your approach to meet individual needs.
- Foster a supportive and safe learning environment where all children thrive.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents/carers.
- Take part in school initiatives, extracurricular activities, and CPD opportunities.

Requirements:
- QTS (Qualified teacher status) is essential.
- Relevant qualifications (PGCE or similar).
- Knowledge of Key Stage 2 (KS2) curriculum.
- Previous teaching experience in the UK is required.
- Immediate starts available.
