Role & Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver outstanding lessons in line with the Key Stage (KS2) national curriculum.
- Track, assess, and report on pupils' progress and set challenging targets.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom where every child feels valued and motivated.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school communication.
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and stimulating learning environment.
- Participate in school events, enrichment activities, and staff development
Requirements:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential.
- Experience in delivering the KS2 curriculum.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- A creative, reflective, and child-centred approach.
- Ability to differentiate and personalise learning for diverse needs.
- Passionate about inspiring lifelong learning in children.
