The Role
As a KS1 Class Teacher, you will join a forward-looking team that values collaboration and innovation. You will:

Inspire & Motivate: Use a range of creative strategies and stimuli to engage children and encourage them to do their best.
Practice-Led Assessment: Use both formal and informal assessment to inform your teaching and improve the quality of learning.
Curriculum Integration: Ensure that vital Maths and English skills are applied across the curriculum, both inside and outside the classroom.
Collaborative Spirit: Work successfully with parents, the wider school community, and as part of an inspiring phase team.
