Job Title: Kit Packing Operator
Location: Dundee
Shift Pattern: 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm (Rotating every 2 weeks)
Pay Rate: 14.80 per hour
What you'll be doing:
... - Assembly & Packing: You will be responsible for safely ensuring the on-time delivery of finished/assembled (packed) products. This includes operating all assembly equipment (automated, semi-automated, and manual) in accordance with applicable procedures and training.
- Process Adherence: Accurately follow instructions, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Packing Batch Records (PBRs), and Kit Layout Forms (KLFs) to ensure products are produced accurately and align with quality instructions.
- Quality & Documentation: Complete Quality Documentation to a high standard, "right first time," and fully compliant with Good Documentation Practices (GDP). You will ensure products conform to current best practices and quality standards.
- Safety & Compliance: Conduct all activities in accordance with the site's Environmental, Health, and Safety culture and policies. You will also be expected to be aware of and enact policies set out in the Employee Handbook.
- Accountability: Take full accountability for your personal workload, ensuring work is completed on time and to a high standard.
What we're looking for:
- Skills & Education: National 4, or equivalent, in English and Maths, or equivalent experience to demonstrate literacy and numeracy skills.
- Technical Knowledge: A detailed knowledge of production process control procedures and best practices.
- System Proficiency: An ability to navigate Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Attitude: A self-motivated approach to continuous professional development and willingness to engage with site training initiatives.
- Reliability: Basic decision-making rights on specific tasks assigned and the ability to carry out duties as requested by management.
