Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons tailored to the KS1 curriculum (Year 1 and Year 2).
Foster a love of learning while maintaining a well-organised and stimulating classroom environment.
Assess, monitor, and report on student progress to ensure every child reaches their potential.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
Communicate professionally with parents, carers, and staff members.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a primary setting. To be successful, you must have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Essential.
Proven experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
Strong classroom management skills and a creative approach to the curriculum.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
The ability to adapt quickly to new school environments and ethos.
