About the Role:

As a KS1 Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping young learners' academic, emotional, and social development during a crucial stage of their education. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum, while fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge pupils in KS1.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing clear feedback and support.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to support pupil achievement.
• Uphold the school's values, behaviour policies, and safeguarding procedures.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in Key Stage 1.
• Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and effective assessment strategies.
• A caring, creative, and committed approach to teaching and learning.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
