As a KS1 Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping young learners' academic, emotional, and social development during a crucial stage of their education. Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge pupils in KS1.
Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing clear feedback and support.
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to support pupil achievement.
Uphold the school's values, behaviour policies, and safeguarding procedures.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in Key Stage 1.
Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and effective assessment strategies.
A caring, creative, and committed approach to teaching and learning.
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
