Randstad is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our team of dedicated educators in thriving primary schools around the Braintree area. This is a long term, full-time position starting this September offering the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners, in a supportive and friendly environment. As a KS2 Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality learning experiences, promoting curiosity and academic growth across upper and lower KS2 classes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons in line with the Curriculum.
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
- Assessing pupils' learning and providing constructive feedback.
- Working collaboratively with other staff members, including teaching assistants and SLT.
- Adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Completing all relevant administrative tasks.
- Participating in school events and activities.
- Communicating effectively with parents and carers.

Requirements:
- QTS (Qualified teacher status) is essential.
- Relevant qualifications (PGCE or similar).
- Knowledge of Key Stage 2 (KS2) curriculum.
- Previous teaching experience in the UK is required.
- Immediate starts available.
