Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality, creative lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum.
• Use a range of assessment strategies to monitor progress and inform teaching.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
• Support pupils with varying needs to achieve their full potential.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to support learning and development.
• Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular activities and events.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in Key Stage 2.
• A strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
