We are looking for a motivated Learning Support Assistant to work 1:1 with a child who benefits from personalised support within a mainstream primary classroom.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 learning and emotional support

• Support attention, engagement, and communication

• Assist with behaviour management and regulation

• Help the pupil navigate routines and transitions

• Encourage independence and confidence

• Work closely with teaching staff and SEN professionals

Requirements

• Experience in a school or SEND environment

• Calm and flexible approach

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Willingness to undertake training

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
