The Role: Inspiring Learners in Impington
We are collaborating with an exceptional school in Impington to recruit a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA). This is a crucial, student-focused role for an individual who can provide expert academic coaching and pastoral encouragement. Key Responsibilities and Impact

Candidate Essentials
- Relevant experience in a coaching, mentoring, or support capacity within a school or youth setting is a strong requirement.
- A naturally enthusiastic, reliable, and empathetic demeanour.
- The proven capacity to quickly establish strong, professional, and motivational relationships with young people.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- A current Enhanced Child DBS on the update service (or the willingness to undergo a new check immediately).
