Required Skills:

• Previously worked in a school setting or have significant experience coaching/mentoring young people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working 1:1 or in small groups with students who need an extra boost in core subjects like English, Maths, or Science.
• Partnering with the Class Teacher to keep students engaged, focused, and on-task.
• Prepare learning materials and create a vibrant, positive classroom environment.
• Acting as a positive role model for students aged 11-16, helping them build confidence and resilience.
• Observing student performance and providing vital feedback to the teaching staff.
• Working closely with students to manage classroom behaviour and keep them focused on their goals.
