• Support Social and Emotional Development: Help students build friendships and develop essential social skills during classroom activities, breaks, and school trips, promoting a sense of belonging and well-being.
• Collaborate and Communicate: Be a key link between the student, the class teacher, and parents, providing valuable feedback on progress, challenges, and successes.

We are seeking a proactive and empathetic individual with a genuine passion for supporting children in their learning. The ideal candidate will have:

• Eligibility to work in the UK and a valid Child DBS on the update service (or the willingness to apply for one).
• Empathy: The ability to connect with students on their level and remain calm and supportive, especially during challenging moments.
• A Positive Attitude: A proactive and resilient mindset, with a knack for finding creative solutions and celebrating every milestone.
• Strong Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents, and to work collaboratively as part of a friendly team.
• Relevant Experience: Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery, or voluntary setting is highly desirable. A relevant qualification, such as a Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, is a bonus.
