Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative support including scanning, filing, photocopying, and preparing bundles
- Setting up new client matters and updating internal systems accurately
- Handling incoming and outgoing post, managing document storage, and ensuring file compliance
- Supporting with billing, credit control, and finance tasks
- Assisting with preparation of legal documents and electronic bundles
- Handling confidential documents such as wills and deeds
- Liaising with internal teams and external clients professionally
- Monitoring team inboxes and responding to routine enquiries
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
- Previous admin experience (legal or professional services desirable)
- Professional, proactive, and a team player
- This is an office based role, so ability to commute to the office is essential
