The Role
As a Level 2 Nursery Practitioner, you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for:
Assisting in the creation of a positive and engaging learning environment.
Supporting the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities.
Helping to observe and document children's progress and development.
Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care, following all safeguarding procedures.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a candidate who is:
Qualified: Holds a minimum of a Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent).
Motivated: Eager to learn and grow within the Early Years sector.
Team-Oriented: A great communicator who works well as part of a team.
