We are seeking a motivated Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and supportive school in Peterborough this September!
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic team committed to providing an exceptional learning environment for all students. As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher and helping pupils to achieve their full potential.
Your Role Will Involve:
- Working alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
- Supporting individual students and small groups with their learning activities.
- Assisting in the preparation of classroom resources and displays.
- Promoting positive behaviour and creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment.
- Helping to track student progress and provide feedback to the teacher.
- Supervising children during break times and lunchtimes.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Has previous experience working with primary school-aged children.
- Is patient, enthusiastic, and has a genuine passion for education.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can work effectively as part of a team and use their own initiative.
- Is committed to the safeguarding and well-being of all children.
