As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you'll be responsible for:
Creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
Planning and implementing fun, age-appropriate activities.
Observing and assessing children's development, maintaining accurate records.
Building strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Ensuring the safety and welfare of all children in your care, following all safeguarding procedures.
What We're Looking For
We need a candidate who is:
Qualified: Holds a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent).
Experienced: Has proven experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
Enthusiastic: Is passionate about working with children and has a positive, can-do attitude.
Team Player: Works well with others and is a good communicator.
Reliable: Is punctual, dependable, and has a strong work ethic.
