You will be responsible for planning and supervising all lifting operations on-site, ensuring they are carried out safely and efficiently. You'll be a key part of our team, helping us deliver this critical infrastructure project on time and to the highest safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Creating and reviewing lift plans and risk assessments.
Selecting and specifying lifting equipment and accessories.
Supervising and controlling all lifting operations on-site.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company procedures.
Conducting site inspections and safety audits.
Liaising with the project management team and other stakeholders.
About You:
You're a certified Lifting Appointed Person with a valid CPCS or equivalent qualification.
You have significant experience planning and supervising complex lifting operations, preferably within the construction
You have a strong understanding of LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations) and other relevant health and safety legislation.
You're an excellent communicator and a natural leader with a proactive approach to safety.
You're able to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
