We have an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Associate to join a growing pharmaceutical team based in Harwell, Oxfordshire. You'll play a key role in a modern mRNA production facility, working with innovative technologies and contributing to life-changing science.

This is ideal for someone with hands-on manufacturing experience who's looking to make a real impact in a highly regulated, forward-thinking environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Operating production equipment in a cleanroom and GMP-regulated environment

• Following all health and safety and gowning procedures

• Supporting investigations and process improvements (RCA, CAPA, deviations)

• Maintaining documentation, batch records, and training logs

• Performing basic maintenance on machinery (filter changes, lubrication, checks)

• Troubleshooting equipment and digital system issues

• Collaborating across teams and contributing to continuous improvement projects

• Working flexible 12-hour shifts (2-2-3 rotation) with occasional overtime

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in GMP manufacturing

• A degree in Pharmaceutical Production Technology (or related field)

• Experience with filtration, chromatography, or cold chain is a bonus

• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills

• Good communication, teamwork, and attention to detail

• Comfortable working with digital tools in a high-tech environment

• Must be able to commute to Harwell, Oxfordshire
