Location: Cramlington (Onsite)
Pay Rate: £13.46 per hour + 20% or 30% Shift Allowance
Shift Pattern: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM (4 days on, 4 days off) / 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (4 days on, 4 days off)
Contract: 12-Month Full-Time Contract
Start Date: ASAP
What You Will Do
As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be responsible for the precision assembly of medical components. Your daily tasks will include:
Assembly: Following detailed drawings and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to build medical products manually or using hand tools.
Quality Control: Inspecting finished goods to ensure they meet strict quality standards.
Documentation: Accurately recording production data in batch records (cGMP compliance).
Environment: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace (5S standards) within a sterile cleanroom.
What We Are Looking For
Reliability: A punctual and dependable work ethic is essential for our shift rotation.
Precision: The ability to follow complex instructions and handle small, critical components with care.
Teamwork: A positive attitude and the ability to build effective relationships with your colleagues.
Experience: Previous manufacturing or cleanroom experience is a plus, but not required-full training is provided.
Skills: Basic mathematical skills and the ability to use manual or electronic hand tools.
