Location: Basingstoke
Pay Rate: £13.46 per hour + 20% shift allowance
Shift Pattern: Rotating Weekly (Mon-Fri)
Week 1: 06:00 - 14:00
Week 2: 14:00 - 22:00
Contract: 6 Months (Possibility to extend/convert to permanent)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Material Handler to join a world-class life sciences team. This is a critical role ensuring that life-saving medical supplies and sensitive materials are handled, stored, and shipped with 100% accuracy.
You will work in a modern warehouse environment, handling both standard and cold-chain (refrigerated) shipments for domestic and international delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack various sized materials, including refrigerated items.
Inventory Management: Use SAP to update stock records and perform cycle counting.
Safety & Quality: Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality standards (SQD model).
Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts and mechanical lifting aids (Full training provided).
Documentation: Maintain training records and sign for the transport of dangerous goods where required.
What We're Looking For
Quality First: You prioritize accuracy over speed and have a "right first time" mentality.
Physical Fitness: Ability to be on your feet for 90% of the day and lift up to 20kg.
Reliability: A track record of excellent attendance and personal accountability.
Communication: Strong reading and math skills with the ability to collaborate in a team.
Experience: Previous warehouse experience or knowledge of SAP is a major plus, but a high level of reliability is most important.
