What You Will Be Doing:
Act as the initial decision-maker on new referrals and contacts.
Gather and analyse information from various sources to determine the appropriate response (e.g., No Further Action, Early Help, or Statutory Assessment).
Work collaboratively with police, health, and education partners within the MASH environment.
Provide high-quality professional consultation and advice.

Requirements:
Must be a Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
Significant post-qualifying experience in Children's Services, ideally within Assessment, Referral & Assessment, or MASH/Front Door services.
