Mathematics Teacher Vacancy - Crosby
We are seeking a qualified and passionate Secondary Maths Teacher for supply roles in the Crosby area, including the L23 postcode. This is a great opportunity for a flexible and adaptable educator to work in a variety of school settings.
The daily rate is competitive, ranging from £150 to £220, with reliable weekly payments.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver Engaging Lessons: Teach maths to students from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5 (ages 11-18), following pre-planned lessons and ensuring a high standard of teaching.
- Maintain Classroom Discipline: Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
- Assess and Provide Feedback: Mark student work and provide constructive feedback to support their academic progress.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning and a cohesive educational experience for students.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching maths in a UK secondary school.
- Exceptional classroom management and communication skills.
- An up-to-date and enhanced DBS check or the willingness to apply for one.
