Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality, creative Maths lessons that cater to a range of abilities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel confident to tackle complex problems.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with department colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the development of the Maths curriculum.

What We Are Looking For
- Qualifications: Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Subject Knowledge: A strong degree in Mathematics or a related STEM subject.
- Experience: Proven experience teaching Maths within a UK secondary school setting.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and staff.
