Key Requirements
... - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.

Core Responsibilities
- Deliver Inspiring Lessons: Teach creative, challenging, and engaging maths lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
- Curriculum Planning & Assessment: Plan, prepare, and assess student work in line with the Academy's curriculum.
- Boost Understanding: Use innovative pedagogical approaches to break down complex concepts and maximise student comprehension.
- Monitor Student Progress: Track and report on student performance, implementing targeted interventions where necessary.
- Create a Positive Environment: Establish a supportive, inclusive, and high-achieving classroom culture.
- Set High Expectations: Consistently promote excellent behaviour, academic achievement, and personal growth.
- Safeguarding: Uphold the school's policies on safeguarding and the welfare of all students.
- Contribute to School Life: Support the wider enrichment activities and community engagement initiatives of the academy.
- Professional Development: Proactively engage in relevant professional training and school-based development.
- Liaise with Parents/Guardians: Communicate effectively with families regarding student progress and concerns.
