What We Need:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
- Curriculum Knowledge- Strong grasp of the KS3 and KS4 Maths syllabus.
- Valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply) and UK right to work.
- A teacher who values classroom discipline and student achievement.
Key Duties:
- Plan and deliver Maths lessons for KS3 and KS4 students.
- Prepare pupils for their GCSE Maths examinations.
- Mark student work and provide clear, helpful feedback.
- Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a focused learning environment.
- Simplify complex mathematical concepts for all ability levels.
- Organise and prepare all necessary learning materials for lessons.
- Monitor and report on student progress to the department head.
- Follow all school safeguarding and student safety protocols.
