What we need from you:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (mandatory).
- An up-to-date Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Strong communication skills and a deep knowledge of the UK National Curriculum and GCSE assessment criteria.
Key Duties:
- Plan and lead Maths lessons that actually make sense to students.
- Help KS3 and KS4 students get through their GCSE exams with confidence.
- Show students how Maths works in the real world, not just on paper.
- Make sure your lessons support students of all levels, including SEND.
- Give students clear, helpful feedback so they know how to improve.
- Work with the Maths team to keep the curriculum fresh and exciting.
- Keep your classroom organised and focused on learning.
- Update parents on how their children are progressing in the subject.
