SEN Maths Teacher
Randstad Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to support students with special educational needs.

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse group of students, developing individualized learning plans and fostering a positive learning environment. You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging maths lessons tailored to meet the specific needs of each student.
Responsibilities:
...- Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated maths lessons.
- Assessing student progress and adapting teaching strategies as needed.
- Collaborating with other professionals, including support staff and parents.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress.
- Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent UK teaching certification
- Proven experience teaching maths to students with SEN
- Right to work in the UK
- Up-to-date enhanced DBS check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong behaviour management skills
Desirable Requirements
- Experience working with a range of SEN needs (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, complex learning difficulties)
- Knowledge of different teaching methodologies for SEN students
