The Role
We are looking for a dynamic Maths Teacher to join the department for the Summer 1 term. While the initial contract is for five weeks, there is a strong possibility of extension for the right candidate as the school continues its growth phase. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality Mathematics curriculum that challenges students and fosters a love for problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-impact Maths lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
Drive student engagement through clear, expert delivery and real-world application of mathematical concepts.
Uphold the school's signature high standards for behaviour and classroom discipline.
Work closely with the Lead Teacher of Maths to ensure curriculum consistency.
What We Are Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS: Mandatory.
Maths Subject Specialist: Strong academic background and a passion for Mathematics.
Behaviour Management: A confident practitioner who thrives in a highly structured, "no-excuses" environment.
Classroom Engagement: Ability to command a room and inspire students in a brand-new school setting.
