Title: Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor (Aircraft)
Location: Newark on Trent
Shift: Monday - Friday, (39 hours per week)
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 per annum

Role Responsibilities:
... - Supervise and lead a team of technical staff, ensuring all work is completed in line with established policies and regulations.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on specialized aircraft, both at our primary location and at other sites across the UK.
- Oversee all aircraft activities, including ground movement and preparation for transport.
- Manage your team to ensure maximum output and efficiency to meet operational needs.
- Be prepared to take on other key roles as required, such as deputy management or line supervision.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar engineering background, with a minimum of technical training from a recognized program.
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role or the potential to develop these skills.
- Strong fault diagnosis skills and a thorough understanding of the defence, aircraft, manufacturing or process industry.
- A full, clean driving licence is essential and be able to pass a full security clearance checks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- IBasic computer literacy is required
