This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated MFL Teacher to join a forward-thinking and inclusive secondary school starting September 2025. Essential Requirements
... - QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Linguistic competence in speaking, reading, writing, and listening
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver MFL lessons (French & Spanish) in line with the national curriculum
- Assess, record, and report on student's progress
- Maintain high expectations of student's behaviour and work ethic
- Use a range of teaching strategies to support diverse learning needs
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Provide regular feedback to students and parents
- Organise and supervise language-based enrichment activities
- Liaise with pastoral staff and SLT regarding student progress and well being
- Engage in department meetings and collaborative planning
- Contribute to the development of the MFL curriculum
