The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated MFL Teacher to join a forward-thinking languages department. We are looking for a creative teacher who can bring languages to life and inspire students to communicate with confidence. You will be responsible for teaching engaging and effective lessons, fostering a love for languages that extends beyond the classroom.
What You Will Do:
- Design and deliver captivating MFL lessons across all key stages.
- Cultivate a supportive and dynamic classroom environment where students feel empowered to take risks and learn from their mistakes.
- Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with the MFL team to develop exciting new resources and curriculum ideas.
- Engage with parents and caregivers to ensure a collaborative approach to student success.
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in a relevant subject.
- Proven experience teaching MFL at the secondary level.
- Exceptional subject knowledge and a genuine passion for languages.
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to working collaboratively as part of a team.
- The ability to inspire and build rapport with students.
