      We are currently working with a National Charity who specialises in supporting individuals with complex needs and learning disabilities who are looking to recruit a Permanent Team leader to join a service in St Neots, Cambridge. The roleReporting into the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of this service. This will include some on-rota time, as well as supervising and developing a team of Support Workers. You will lead on person-centred planning and review, including evidencing outcomes are being achieved, and creating a stimulating environment which promotes independence. You will work closely with the young woman's family and wider team, including her PA and education mentor.
