Randstad C&P are working alongside a well-established and reputable organisation within the property maintenance sector who are seeking a skilled and dedicated Heating Engineer to join their team covering the Derry and Coleraine region. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive servicing and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of residential properties. This will involve a variety of tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of heating systems.
The Package:
- Competitive salary between £31,000 - £33,000 per annum
- Full-time, permanent opportunity
- Monday to Friday 7.30am - 5pm
- Overtime and oncall opportunities

Key Responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out maintenance and breakdown repairs on gas and oil heating systems.
- Performing annual servicing on gas and oil appliances in residential settings.
- Conducting thorough inspections and safety checks on gas boilers.
- Completing safety checks and servicing of oil-based heating appliances.
- Flexibility to undertake additional duties as required by management.
- Participation in an on-call rota.
- Potential for occasional travel to cover other locations as needed.
What you'll need:
- Current Gas Safe registration with demonstrable experience in servicing domestic gas systems.
- Proven ability in diagnosing and repairing faults on domestic central heating systems and boilers.
- A full, valid driving license.
- Availability to participate in a rotational on-call schedule.
- Time-served or qualified plumbing background (Desirable)
- Valid CSR Card (Desirable)
