Mosaic Subject Matter Expert - Children and Young People Services
Calderdale Borough Council is seeking a highly knowledgeable Mosaic Subject Matter Expert to play a key role in their Mosaic Implementation Programme. This is a crucial position for a specialist to support the successful implementation, delivery, and adoption of the new system across both the Children and Young People's Service and Adult Services and Wellbeing. The ideal candidate will leverage their expert-level knowledge of Mosaic forms, workflows, and data management to ensure a seamless transition and successful go-live. Summary of the Job
Job Title: Mosaic Subject Matter Expert
Location: Fully remote!
Day Rate: £450 - £550 per day
Contract: Estimated 8 months, outside IR35
Required Experience: Expert-level knowledge of Mosaic forms, workflows, and best practices. Candidates should have demonstrable experience with data quality and migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and an understanding of go-live and post-go-live procedures. Knowledge of Children's and/or Adult Social Care is essential.
Personal Attributes: The successful candidate will be a proactive, task-driven individual who works effectively both independently and as part of a team. They must be comfortable presenting to senior project team members and board members, and possess a "can-do" attitude to excel under pressure.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide expert-level knowledge of Mosaic forms and workflows to support the implementation programme.
Lead efforts in data quality, including the identification and correction of issues.
Contribute to data migration efforts, helping to shape and match off-system data.
Execute and oversee Mosaic user acceptance testing (UAT).
Apply knowledge of best practices related to Mosaic forms and reference data.
Work with worker role setups within Mosaic.
Utilize experience in workflow creation, with a particular focus on migration workflows.
Support key go-live steps and the crucial post-go-live case pickup and progress phases.
