Job Title: Multi-Skilled Crane Maintenance Engineer
Location: Broughton, Chester
Type: Full time, Permanent
Hours: 6am-6pm, 6pm-6am - 2 days 2 nights, 6 days off
Salary: £50,000 per year
The Company:
My client, a well known manufacturer, is seeking a multi-skilled maintenance engineer to work on their cranes and help their client with maintenance tasks at their sites in Broughton. They work with a number of renowned manufacturers in the transportation industries, both building and servicing their machinery for their clients. You will have the chance to work alongside experienced engineers, be trained and have opportunities to progress and develop with them and their clients.
Responsibilities will include:
... - Performing reactive and preventative maintenance on a wide range of machinery including pneumatic,hydraulic and automation systems
- Mechanical and Electrical work, including PLC basic programming
- Fault finding and problem solving on electrical control systems
Requirements:
- Apprenticeship time served in Mechanical/ Electrical Maintenance
- Previous manufacturing maintenance experience
- A good mechanical and electrical competency with basic welding and confidence in electrical fault finding
- Ability to work with heights
