We are recruiting a dynamic and engaging Music Teacher to join one of our fantastic secondary schools in Crosby this September.
As a Music Teacher, you'll be responsible for delivering exciting and inclusive music lessons across KS3 and KS4. You'll foster a love of music through a mix of theory, practical lessons, and performance opportunities. Whether it's classical, rock, jazz, or pop - your enthusiasm will help students explore the full spectrum of music.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Music lessons tailored to all abilities.
- Teach practical instrument and vocal skills as well as music theory.
- Prepare students for performances, concerts, and GCSE exams.
- Develop schemes of work that inspire creativity and self-expression.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policy.
- Collaborate with other departments for cross-curricular events.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Music in a secondary school setting.
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and approachable with a genuine love for music.
- Ability to support and motivate students of varying skill levels.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
