The RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Night Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team within a specialized inpatient mental health service for young people. Our facility provides a unique blend of psychological, psychotherapeutic, and psychosocial support alongside pharmacological treatment.
As a leader on the night shift, you will be responsible for upholding high clinical standards and role-modeling core values that prioritize individualized, trauma-informed care.
The Shift PatternThis role follows a consistent "long week/short week" rotation:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Hours: 7:50 PM - 8:05 AM
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) setting.
Registration: A valid NMC Pin is essential for this role.
Location: Ability to commute to our site in Accrington.
