Duties and Responsibilities:
As a key member of the team, you will provide vital support to the General Manager and help our events run smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:
Financial Support: Assisting with purchase orders, processing invoices, and coordinating expense approvals with our procurement team.
Event Logistics: Helping to schedule, organise, and monitor events like business conferences and medical congresses.
Travel Coordination: Arranging hotel stays, flights, and transportation for the team.
Office Administration: Keeping our records up to date, managing compliance documentation, and helping onboard our new starters.
Vendor Liaison: Communicating with suppliers to source goods and ensure we are getting the best value for the business.
Executive Support: Assisting the General Manager with specific projects and general administrative tasks

Hours: 9AM - 5PM (Mon - Fri)
